Bee My Honey

On Saturday, August 21 is National Honeybee Health Awareness Day. Stock up on some for your pantry. So good for allergies and your immune system. My Mom sends me honey from Florida every year. Orange Blossom honey is simply deli sh.In tea or yogurt. Yum! But, when I'm out local Honey is good too.Did you know there is a Honey Board? They began in the mid 80's,spreading the wonderful word about Honey. Go to www.honey.com for more interesting advances and recipes. On a different note, I'll be taking a break from the Web. Estate Sale Finds

As promised here are the pics of my finds from Sat. Estate sale.I have been collecting Vintage Xmas ornaments for many years now. Three more to add to the collection. The houses are from Czechoslovakia, cute right. They are hard to find! The portrait is going in the office.Perfect for a man cave, I think.Hard to tell how old it is. The Woman said it was very old. I know I shouldn't go by that. Anyway, I thought it was a steal at $5.00! Ornaments, 1.00 for all 3. Not bad! Have a great week.Lots to do on my todo list.By for now! Hugs, Liz

New Look

Hope you like the new look. I just tidied up alittle and made things much more organized.
Now, my email button is working so you can email me! These little things are a work in progress, since it is still new. Estate Sale On A Farm

A phone call yesterday morning from my girlfriend and it was off to an estate sale.Yes, that's all it takes.I just hear those words, "Estate Sale" I'm in my car! The site for the sale was on a farm. Nestled all the way off the road on farmland surrounded by aged barns and apple trees. So sweet and country like. Everything inside the home was old. I wish we had arrived a week ago but, we still found some finds anyway.If you collected books you were in for a treat. I purchased an old picture and Xmas ornaments.I was thinking of hanging the portrait in the office? Hm? OK, enjoy the pics. Laundry Land is calling me. Have a awesome week ahead.
