The winter months have been long as you know. It seems as if it's been ages since, I've been down by the Hudson. Living close by draws you to it's roots and historical significance. It's my happy place where, I forget my worries and doldrums. I thought I'd take a drive down today. Soak up some sun and take a walk on the railroad tracks.
There is still plenty of ice and snow left. I even spotted some seagulls floating by on a iceberg in the distance. Of course, I missed that shot. Guessing they had the same idea as me. #takemetotheriver.

It was hard to get up and get motivated this morning. Some Watkin's cold cream in a jar is all I need. Yesterday's find, while antiquing in Pa. with the mister. Isn't the packaging itself worthy of a dollop of cream? I'm drawn to anything milk glass.. can't help myself. What about you?
