I Need A Spritz Of Perfume::

It's been a rainy day here in New York. The weather leaves not much for the imagination, other than it being the first day of Fall. So, I thought it would be fun to do some reminiscing about Vintage perfume fads long gone bye.
I can remember the days of Sweet Honesty, Loves Baby Soft, Liz Claiborne Eaude Toilette Spray and Musk. I can remember my Grandmother's favorite was 4711 and my Aunt Irma's was the distinct, Jean Nate'. Oh, so long ago.
                    What scents do you remember?

                                     Were you a Chanel N#5
                                                Kinda Gal?
                                    Or perhaps a Wind Song?
                                            Not Tabu?  You?

                                                            Let's talk perfume ladies.
Just for the fun of it!
                                                                                  xxx Liz :)

  3. I forgot about some of those "vintage" perfumes. I used to love Love's Baby Soft and I loved dusting powder (remember that). I don't know if you can even find dusting powder anymore. I still lean towards soft scents now as I don't like anything heavy.

  4. I remember when Poison, Gorgio, and Obsession were my staples. And remember Charlie? Now I only wear a little body spray.
I wonder what changed? Maybe I'll start wearing it again. Thanks for the memory jog.

  6. As a young teen, I loved "Charlie." As a young adult, I loved "Poison" and "Obsession"- they were spicy, very mysterious (so grown-up- LOL!). I bet I still have them in the back of my linen closet!
