On Golden Pond::

Sometimes, I just get in my car after school and take in nature's beauty. 

In the midst of everything, finding time to do all the things I love has been challenging. I can't complain, I've been busy than ever. Here, I sit at the computer working on an article. You know, for me writing doesn't come easy. Deadlines to meet, home projects, Ikea, and work. Now, my Daughter wants me to take tennis lessons with her. ME? LOL!! Tennis anyone? So, my hot summer days are filled to the brim. As I speak, my Son has decided to paint his room barn RED. First coat is on..... need I say more!

          Happy August! I hate to think that the summer is almost to an end. No vacation yet for me, as I finish out the summer school program. One more week.. of kiddies. YES!
          In the collage above, are some things I like best about the month of August. The beach, thrift shop finds, sunflowers, cool breezes, long days and vintage memories. The couple in the pic are my Grandparents at Mar Del Plata in 1952. They enjoyed the beach as much as I do minus, the robes :)
