I'm Going to The Flea::

My shopping cart is ready for the Flea Market Season. Inspired by Amy Hanna and Flea Market Style Magazine. I thought I had all the elements to make this project a go. I didn't have a postal bag like Amy but, the army duffel substitution worked. Thanks Hubbs! He didn't want to part with it so, I told him it was for a good cause.
Since, I don't sew. I knew I could find some clips to hold the duffel in place from the hardware store. Vintage dry cleaning clips were not available in my neck of the woods.  Again, another substitution for a mere $1.19 each. I then, added a vintage purse to fit small finds. Finally, my cart is ready for a dry run. Are you working on a project right now as we speak? Please share. I would love to hear!
I'll be posting the winner of the Blog Giveaway on Monday.
Stay tuned.....
Have a wonderful weekend. You know where I'll be.

LOL...I'm laughing Liz because I was inspired as well by that feature in Flea Market Style and also did my cart up with a vintage Army duffel bag!
You see...we must be soul mates or flea mates at least! I will have to photograph mine to show you. What fun! :)

I love how your shopping cart turned out. I found a shopping cart about a month ago and was hoping to get a liner made for it before I went to the flea market this weekend but didn't get it done. I really like all the little details you added.

WOW!!! Cute cart and great idea!! I as well was inspired by Amys cart. We don't have a lot of big Fleas around here so I am working on a bag inspired by that article. But.....I WISH I needed a BIG cart!! I want to see what you fill it with!

so cute! I just got my very own shopping cart. Found it at a thrift store but it was new not old but I love it anyway. Now I need to fix it up like yours. Love the duffel bag idea!
