Testing The New Camera::

                                I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving with your Family as I did. It's great to be surrounded by the one's you love during the Holiday's.
                      Above, is a picture of my mini gluten free apple pie I ate for dessert. It was absolutely yummy! Since, I've been gluten free since February. I haven't started to learn how bake without gluten. I figured purchasing pies from my local farm stand for myself, was a bit easier this year. Needless to say, a little slimmer on the waistline also. I have lost 14 lbs so far. No bread, pasta, cheese or  lactose for me. A double whammy being lactose intolerant also. Not easy when it's Thanksgiving but, it's my lifestyle now. I'm sure for some it's yours too.
                     Are you a pinner on Pinterest? What a great resource for all types of recipes including Gluten Free. While pinning several days ago. I found The Gluten Free Goddess Blog. http://www.glutenfreegoddess.blogspot
I know there are several good Blogs on Gluten Free but, this one caught my eye. Link on my sidebar if you want to check it out. I thought I would share. Maybe, for Xmas I'll dabble in some Gluten Free baking. I'm not promising anything.. We shall see.
               Have a great weekend. Tomorrow, I'll be at The Dutchess Community College Craft Fair. Helping my good Friend Stephanie at her booth of Primitive Dolls/ Collage Art.
Swing by if your in the neighborhood. See You soon :)
                                                                          xxx Liz

PS.  I'm testing my new Cannon Rebel T3 camera. What was I thinking?
 Also, before I forget. Kudos to Marilynn @ Wilklow's Orchards. The pies were delish! I'll be calling you for some more ;)

Ok, I had no idea I was this far behind in reading your posts. Sorry, things have gotten a little nutso lately. Have fun with your camera. Now I have to google how to make a gluten free pie (without flour, I assume). I'm not gluten free, but you've got me wondering now.
