August::

          Happy August! I hate to think that the summer is almost to an end. No vacation yet for me, as I finish out the summer school program. One more week.. of kiddies. YES!
          In the collage above, are some things I like best about the month of August. The beach, thrift shop finds, sunflowers, cool breezes, long days and vintage memories. The couple in the pic are my Grandparents at Mar Del Plata in 1952. They enjoyed the beach as much as I do minus, the robes :)

  What do you like most about the month of August? I bet I know.... Have a great week whatever your plans are.
PS. I have some space available for advertising on my sidebar. I know I said I would never, ever advertise on my blog. I'm giving it a try. So, email me if you have any questions. Thanks!
                                                                                xxx Liz

Helloooo Friend!.!.!
Love the "grandparents" pic...
AND ~ My favorite part of AUGUST is that there is ALWAYS ONE certain day that the weather DEFINITELY FEELS DIFFERENT ~ A strong sense of CHANGE is in the air... A time of reflection... A time of looking forward...

The grandparent's picture is adorable-love the robes! August is always like another new year celebration for me since I have been in education for 30 years. Always marks new beginnings for staff, students and families.Exciting times.

I can't believe it's August already. I would love to go to the beach, but I think we may have to make do with the lake instead. Good luck on the advertising. Never say never.
