Hostess With The Mostess Event::

         For those who couldn't attend yesterday's event at HiHoHome in Gardiner, NY. Here is my vintage buffet set up using lots of white.

                Here's an idea using a vintage train case. Fill it up with your favorite liquors, glasses, lemon wedges, limes, linens, swizzle sticks. Easy for a picnic or buffet. My make shift bar will be sure to please. Cheers!

                            Bring the outside in. Sure enough, that's exactly what I did using this bird feeder. Added, some glasses and there you go.

                         On a budget? I used dried hydrangeas that I had on hand. Simple, yet still lovely.

Lots To Do::

 

I've been asked to do an event this Saturday at HiHoHome Market in Gardiner, NY. In celebration of Hudson Valley hospitality, I'll be discussing how to set a vintage buffet using vintage pieces.My car will be filled to the brim with some new pieces and my preexisting collection of milk glass. I'm so excited and honored to take part in this event. If you're in the area stop by @ 3:pm. I'm looking forward in meeting all of you in the "Shabby Room."
