Giveaway Winner::

           Hi, how is everyone?  I just stopped by to announce the winner of the Folk magazine Giveaway.
           Congratulations to Cheri, you won :)
           Please email me your information so, I can forward it to Ben at Folk magazine.
           I hope everyone is having a great week so far. Sorting through finds from Sunday's flea. Thanks to my Hubby for finding the blue ball jars. They were buried in a box mixed with clear colored jars. From a distance he showed me a clear ball jar and I shook my head No! Then with a serious face he said, " Yes! " A woman from a distance started to yell to her significant other and said, " He's taking them.. he's taking them." Yeah, he did alright LOL. Oh, and if she's reading this post. Next time grab the darn box.. and run. LOL!
Have a wonderful Thursday.

Toolbox::

            The weather we are having is perfect to get out and about. Yesterday, was one of those beautiful days. So, I ditched the corn beef and cabbage idea. YUP! Are you surprised? I did thanks to Hubby and we took a drive like the old days. No plan, just the two of us. I'm so glad! We needed a reason not to stay home. The weather was one of them. The wooden tool box was an unexpected find at the thrift shop.
 On the menu, for this evening is corned beef, cabbage and soda bread. The corned beef is in the crock pot now as we speak, as I work on another project for next Saturday. More on that soon....
Enjoy, another beautiful day. Spring, at last!

Thrifting ::

When I can, I love to thrift. It's just pure luck what comes home with me. This weekend it was vintage ball jelly jars. Pure and simple as that.Now my wheels start turning and thinking about jams and jelly. That would be fun. If only I had more time.No fussing here now! On to the flea today to see what treasures I can find. First comes first. Coffee!
                       Have a wonderful weekend all.
